Casey is a Nurse Practitioner with a heart for community and a vision of becoming the hometown provider: someone patients know, trust, and can reach when they truly need care. Paige brings a background in business and finance, managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, which allows Casey to focus fully on patient care. Together, we’ve built Roots & Ridge Health around relationships, accessibility, and the belief that everyone deserves reliable healthcare regardless of their insurance situation. Casey Hamm Hall, FNP
Casey Hamm Hall, FNP
Casey Hamm Hall is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of Roots & Ridge Health. She has been caring for patients in a variety of roles since 2015, beginning her career as a CNA, becoming a registered nurse in 2017, and earning her FNP-C in September 2024. Casey is passionate about providing comprehensive, whole-person care and enjoys treating patients from birth through every stage of life.
With a deep commitment to rural healthcare, Casey is dedicated to serving the residents of Alleghany County and surrounding communities by offering thorough, attentive care at affordable rates. Her goal is to become the hometown provider—the one patients know, trust, and turn to for dependable, personalized care. Casey and her husband, James, have three sons and spend much of their free time on athletic fields cheering them on or exploring the outdoors through hiking. She and her family are active members of First Baptist Church in Sparta, North Carolina.

Paige Hamm-Gentry is the co-owner and practice manager of Roots & Ridge Health, where she oversees daily operations, finances, Med Aesthetics, and the overall patient experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Carolina University, bringing a strong business and financial foundation to the clinic and helping ensure the practice remains efficient, sustainable, and affordable for the community it serves.
With a long-standing goal of becoming a business owner, Paige partnered with her sister to create a new healthcare model focused on accessibility, transparency, and hometown values. She is passionate about providing neighbors with high-quality, affordable healthcare in a welcoming, community-centered environment. Paige, and her husband, Dakota, have three children and enjoy spending time outdoors with their family and cooking at home. She and her family are active members of First Baptist Church in Sparta, North Carolina.
